I have a bachelor's degree in History. For a couple of years, I have been working in e-commerce as an entrepreneur. I had a Shopify website with phone case designs that I did myself in Photoshop and Illustrator. I moved my store from Shopify to Etsy because I wanted to test more CMS. I also created a Facebook page and Instagram for my shop. My business was print on demand where I order phone cases with my supplier in Europe and I send cases to my Etsy customers in the USA and all around the world.
I learned WordPress for the past couple of years where I did freelance jobs for some agencies. My set of skills in WordPress include creating posts, pages, categories, installing various plugins needed for the website to work properly. I work mostly with Elementor Pro and Crocoblok plugins while creating and designing pages, especially landing pages. When it comes to my SEO skills I am familiar with Yoast SEO and RankMath and also on-page and off-page SEO with the basic knowledge of Google Search Console. . Besides WordPress, I am familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Articulate 360, Slack, and Trello.
In 2019 I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a Slovenian truffle company. My task was to contact companies over email, phone, or social accounts in Europe and the USA and offer them truffle products. With the knowledge of WordPress, I managed their website and I was taking care of all orders.
In 2021 I created a real estate company for a family member and I did all the designs on my own, including a website, logo, a Facebook page including running ads, Instagram, and a Youtube page with videos. I can use different online video editors to create videos for companies.
