I have worked as a translator (both freelance and in-house) in the language pairs English-Lithuanian and Lithuanian-English since 1998 (22 years). I have translated more than 1,500 documents mainly in the areas of EU affairs, EU and national law, EU and national case-law, business law, economy, finance and politics.

My work includes numerous documents of the European Commission and the European Parliament, judgments of the European Court of Justice, European Court of Human Rights, EU secondary legislation, Lithuanian legislation and court decisions, different types of Lithuanian official and private legal documents, contracts, etc., Lithuanian Government resolutions, international agreements in the spheres of judicial matters, human rights, environment and finance, Single Programming Document implementation reports, official documents of international organisations (e.g. World Anti-doping Code), documents of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) relating to Community trademarks and designs, and other official documents, medical research papers, etc. I co-translated a textbook The Substantive Law of the EU, The Four Freedoms by Catherine Barnard, which focused on the free movement of goods, persons, services, and capital. In addition, I have translated numerous articles on the economy, finance, politics and international relations for the magazine Lithuanian Business Review
