About

Having a native level of English which I have attained through more than 17 years of study, a perfect level of Spanish which is my mother tongue and the fact that I find myself constantly using both languages, makes me a very talented translator. I started my career as a podiatrist working for different private clinics and hospitals, but in the last few years I have been drifting towards the translation field, which has quickly become one of my biggest passions. Due to the beginning of my career, I specialize in medical translations but as you can see in my resume, I am able to translate texts from multiple fields, and I do so in a quick and efficient way always paying a lot of attention to detail. I have taken multiple translator courses that helped me learn to manage my translation skills and to take advantage of the computer-assisted translation tools. This has enabled me to translate large documents in less time, maintaining the quality of the texts intact while providing a more efficient work flow. Due to my previous experience I am very good at working under pressure, allowing me to meet project goals even when there are tight deadlines.
