Deliver mid-level accounting support to this oilfield services company that serves the drilling, completion, and production-related needs of global oil and gas companies. Perform assigned responsibilities that directly support daily operational workflow, to include managing verbal and written communications with external parties. Oversee the generation of rebilling, reissuing, and credit invoices. Calculate Vat payment information and prepare invoice summaries. Keep accurately organized records management system for invoices, Accounts Receivables (A/R), and correspondences. Key Contributions: ▪ Ensure all customer invoices are accurately and efficiently prepared and distributed, to include for workshop jobs within the labour and transportation service industry. ▪ Use accounting and general technical platforms to record monthly labour hours. ▪ Develop and update Aged Financial Debt Analysis Reports and Outsource Financial Services (OFS) Reports. ▪ Successfully maintain a streamlined process for managing and reaching or exceeding corporate goals
