Hello, I am English to Ukrainian/Russian interpreter/translator working in this field since 2000. As a translator I participated approximately in 400+ projects with volume from 1 page (like a birth certificate) to 150 pages (like Water Treatment textbook). Mostly, I translate technical texts (like installation manuals, etc.); but I also translated, for example, many grant applications when I was working at a local NGO. I was an interpreter at Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) – during national elections I did 4 two-month projects as an interpreter for long-term observers, as well as 4 one-week projects as an interpreter for short-term observers. Also, I have already done about 30 projects for the British Army with duration from 2 weeks to 2 months when I was an interpreter for British military instructors.
