IT Service Desk Analyst
To provide application support towards professional users, to analyze problems and come up with a solution for both simple and complex incidents, to grant access to the application. Position also includes Service Desk activities, such as: accurate identification of user problems via IT support tools and remote tools, precise and timely escalation of problems to specialist support teams, correct identification of the cause of the problem and determination of the most suitable solution, incidents follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved, retrieve data for analysis from HEAT ticketing system, and also support the ticketing system. To create request for change when user asks new features to the application, build up knowledge base and optimize procedures. To perform testing of the new system functionalities (UAT), to prepare and execute test scenarios, also writing of the software documentation, preparing release notes, preparing, review & analysis of the software documentation & user manuals. To support application (based on MS Dynamics NAV) and troubleshoot day-to-day issues of the application as well as to monitor scheduled tasks within the application. To administer accounts of business users, via the root account as admin account. Also to manage permissions from existing account, adding user to a group, attaching existing policies (admin access policy). To create groups, assign policies referring to a certain department, to create roles, activate roles in the application itself, to create, test and run scheduled complex tasks.
